8-Week Grief & Loss Program
What Makes This Program Different?
Grief affects more than our emotions. It can affect the brain, body, nervous system, relationships, sleep, concentration, identity, and sense of meaning.
Our program combines therapy, psychoeducation, guided reflection, and practical coping strategies to help participants understand both the emotional and physical experience of grief.
Throughout the eight weeks, participants are encouraged to move at their own pace. There is no expectation to disclose details of a loss before you are ready.
The goal is not to tell you how to grieve.
The goal is to help you better understand your grief and discover what you need as you move through it.

There Is No Timeline for Grief
One of the most important principles of this program is that grief is personal.
Some people experience intense emotion. Others feel numb. Some want to talk, while others need quiet. You may have days when life begins to feel manageable and other days when grief suddenly feels close again.
None of this means you are grieving incorrectly.
Healing is not measured by how quickly you stop missing someone or how soon you return to the person you were before your loss.
Sometimes healing simply means learning to carry what happened with greater understanding, support, and compassion.
A Supportive, Trauma-Informed Approach
Emotional safety is central to the program.
You will never be required to share details you are not ready to discuss. Participants are encouraged to recognize their limits, practice grounding, and develop the ability to listen to what their minds and bodies need.
We believe meaningful healing can happen without forcing the process.
