My Framework: ACT & Sensory Integration
I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for my entire practice. I believe wellness requires a regulated body and a flexible mind. For younger clients, I blend sensory regulation strategies with ACT “noticing” skills, helping them understand their nervous systems while building the bravery to handle big emotions.
Clinical Specialization
My practice focuses on two primary pillars: Pediatric Support and Women’s Health.
- Children, Youth, & Families: Supporting children through sensory processing differences, neurodiversity, and emotional regulation to foster resilience at home and school.
- Adults (Women’s Health): Specializing in the unique transitions of the female lifespan, with a dedicated focus on Postpartum Wellness and navigating new life stages.
Core Areas of Support:
- Postpartum Specialty: Managing mood shifts and identity changes during the postpartum period.
- Pediatric Regulation: Helping kids master sensory processing and “mindful noticing.”
- Neurodiversity: Empowering neurodivergent individuals to advocate for themselves and thrive.
- ACT-Based Growth: Using values-based action to navigate life’s transitions.
