Why Join?
The rooted and raising therapeutic program, created by Sonia Nasri, MSW, RSW, a compassionate mental health therapist and mother of a 2-year-old son trained in prenatal and postnatal mental health offers a supportive and understanding space for caregivers navigating the postpartum journey. Here, you’ll be gently guided to explore and process the profound and often challenging shifts in identity, body, mind, and emotions that come with early caregiving. Through a shared therapeutic experience with others who understand, you’ll develop coping skills and receive resources rooted in prenatal and postnatal mental health. This program honors your unique experience and fosters healing, resilience, and connection.
