Taking that initial step to seek help is a significant step on your life journey. Healing is never linear, and I am here to meet you at whatever point you might be. You are the expert in your life, and I will individualize the support you seek, building off your current strengths and resilience.

Udynamics

I understand that talking about mental health can be challenging, but sharing your experiences can be incredibly liberating and healing. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or simply need someone to listen, I am here for you. It’s okay to feel vulnerable, and seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

I took my training to become an integrative nutrition health coach because I wanted to be more connected with how my own body worked a functioned. I was used to being sick every 10-14 days with a cold or a flu and I wanted to learn how to build my immune system and my digestion. Every few months I would get an eczema flare up, acne or something skin-wise that was already ‘remedied’ with a steroid cream. This never solved any issue and months later it would pop up on another patch of skin. There wasn’t any problem-solving and only surface solutions.
